The active ingredients in industrial chemicals, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), peracetic acid, and organic peroxide, etc.Which may decompose in the container and release a large amount of gas. If the gas is not discharged in time, the packaging container may bulge or even burst, posing potential safety hazards.
Microvent's PE vent liner have a simple design and are easy to install, sealing is completed when the foam liners are squeezed by pressure when screwing the cap to the bottle, the gas can be quickly discharged from the perforation on the cap.
Microvent® Packaging Vents come in two product forms, including plug- in vents and vent liners.
Vent liners:

How does our vent liner workes?
Gas passes through the microporous ePTFE membrane ,diffuses through the pulp layer and is directed to the cap threads.
Pulp induction liners do not require a hole in the cap and can be optimized to vent with minimal vapor loss.
